I’m an Assistant Professor of Sociology at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX where I teach (so far) Introduction to Sociology, Social Problems, Sociology of Religion, Race and Ethnicity, Public Health and Research Methods. I wrote my dissertation about the the organizational structure of the Emerging Church in which I essentially argued that many Emerging Church congregations can be characterized as resisting institutionalized organizational structures, procedures, and ideologies.
